Whatever your role, Dealogic believes in growing talent by encouraging mobility at both the business and regional level. Currently responsible for strategy creation and execution for a major global client, Patricia began her Dealogic career in Hong Kong where she managed business development and oversaw the relationship team for Sales, Trading and Research in Asia.

Broadening her market knowledge, she then took on business development for ECM in the region, before relocating to London in her current role where she now sets strategy at the client level and interacts with numerous stakeholders across the entire firm.

Having worked at large global banks, the big advantage of working for a smaller firm is the ability to clearly see the bigger picture and really feel how the whole business changes and progresses.
