He then broadened his analytics skillset as a Relationship Manager in our ECM team, before rotating back to his technology roots as a Technical Relationship Manager and was promoted to senior roles in the team. As Senior Technical Account Manager, Alvin provides technical thought leadership to our clients, working in tandem with various groups across the firm to ensure we provide the perfect partnership.
