How will policy and politics shape leveraged finance in Europe? Cass Business School, in partnership with Dealogic, will be holding a panel discussion and overview of leveraged finance trends.

The appetite for leveraged finance is growing — but will recent regulatory changes and political uncertainty put a dent in the market? What will be the key drivers going forward? A panel of five experts will discuss these and related issues on July 5, in London.

Panelists:
• Paul Hawkins, Senior Economist, Prudential Regulation Authority
• Michael Josenhans, Partner, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer
• Christian Moor, Policy Advisor, European Banking Authority
• Stefan Povaly, Co-Head Sponsor and Corporate Leveraged Finance EMEA, JP Morgan
• Reza Zargham, Director of Leveraged Finance, Barclays

Before the panel discussion, we will kick off with brief introductory presentations,
• on the economic outlook, by Lasse Holboell Nielsen, Senior Economist, Goldman Sachs,
• and on the market outlook, by Dealogic Research

The panel will be co-moderated by Max Bruche, Associate Professor of Finance at Cass Business School, and Roody Muneean, Global Head of Loans Research, Dealogic.
