Responsibilities:

  • Provide an escalation point for the Client Technical Support team in highly complex or high priority incidents
  • Develop long term solutions to repeat incidents, ensuring no reoccurrence
  • Create, maintain and disseminate knowledge into the Client Technical Support team
  • Maintain effective communication channels across all departments
  • Evaluate and adopt new technology and introduce improved working practices
  • Responsible to form the future of operation, harmonize the different thinking of the different departments and working in a DevOps style cooperation

Requirements:

  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing with external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to priorities work due to changing business/client requirements
  • Delivery focused, Proactive approach to work
  • Robust – able to bounce back when challenged
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Windows Server platform
  • SQL Server 2012/16/17 administration and troubleshooting
  • Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of IIS, .Net framework, web hosting, LDAP, HTTP, TCP/IP and load balancing
  • Extensive knowledge on Azure
  • Familiar with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) such as AppDynamic/Application insights
  • Familiar with workflow automation with Orchestrator
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle
