As part of the Governance team which provides strategic operational management across Dealogic, the Project Manager will oversee a program of major internal projects for stakeholders throughout the organization and ensure alignment with the project management framework.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in order to form a thorough understanding of the project management requirements across Dealogic’s business
  • Identify, track, and report on project risks and issues; develop, publish and implement mitigation plans
  • Produce a detailed recommendation for a PMO framework that will be effective within Dealogic’s operations and culture
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all project resources as the subject matter expert on the best practices of project management
  • Coordinate Dealogic’s Project Management Office on a day-to-day basis
  • Identify opportunities to introduce improvements which help all project managers run their projects more effectively
  • Identify, track, and report on project risks and issues; develop, publish and implement mitigation plans
  • Recommend and implement tools which can be used to better manage and publicize status of projects within the program
  • Facilitate collaboration and teamwork through excellent communication about the project to all resources and stakeholders
  • Provide, advise, and/or obtain resources for internal projects
  • Assist with recruitment of Project Managers as required


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years in project management or related field
  • 2+ years managing PMO/Program
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Team management/leadership role
  • Developed business cases
  • Performed cost-benefit analysis
  • Thought leadership around developing best practices in project management
  • Worked with teams split among multiple geographic regions
  • Able to effectively influence and negotiate internally with colleagues
  • Client-focused with a drive to develop and nurture relationships
  • Creative approach to problem solving

  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English



  • Project Management Qualification (eg. Prince2, PMP)
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Experience with IT Service Management
  • Understanding of financial markets
